How to count True or False answers of many respondents for each respondent in RStudio?

My dataset includes many respondents and questions with several options to answer (1-7). I would like to find out how many answers are Right or False for each respondent. After that I want to charge the correlation between the right answers and the job of the respondents. What is the easiest way/code for that?
