UI UX designer and Programmer are two different roles in the development process.

UI UX designer is responsible for designing the user interface of a mobile app or website, whereas Programmer is responsible for developing the backend of an app or web application.

The UI UX designer can be responsible for designing logos, splash screens, logo animations, icons etc. They may also be responsible for defining colors and fonts that will be used in your product.

The programmer on the other hand creates all the functionalities that will make your product unique. He/she designs all possible flows in order to provide the best experience to your users.
