Firstly, I didn’t understand your question to my knowledge there is no term like IX designers so I can answer the difference between UI and UX designer and the tools required for them. Both these designers work together on building an interface in that UI designers mainly focus on the look and design of the interface while UX designers focus on user interaction with the interface. The tools used by UI designers are Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch whereas there are no particular tools for UX designers their main tool is used to understand the user, what they need, and how they need the product. Design is an interesting and booming field. If you are willing to learn these technologies then I recommend you to take up UI UX Course from Intellipaat.
