I'm planning to create a POC for RPA. I came to know about tools like Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism etc. Do I have to depend on this? Or can we use Azure cognitive services, AI, machine learning etc. for doing RPA? I'm not sure where to start. Any suggestions which can give me a head start will be of great help

According to my knowledge on the subject, Azure doesn't provide an RPA solution as part of it's offering the Azure product line itself is focused purely on technological infrastructure.

However, it seems Azure can be automated completely by REST API and that can be automated by every serious RPA tool (AA, BP, UIP).

Azure, to the best of my knowledge, does not offer any RPA services. I believe they are entirely focused on cloud service models such as SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS. You can contact the customer care team to gain a better understanding of this.

However, RPAaaS, a new technology, is in development (it's a new technology). RPA as a Service is a brand-new trend that's gripping the industry. Clients/customers can use RPA-as-a-service to obtain RPA services via the cloud. I'm not sure if Azure has this functionality.
