Log in to AWS using Access Key ID and Secret Access Key ID

In AWS, how do I use my Access Key ID and Secret Access Key?

I can't use them in IAM users sign-in link.

The Access Key ID and Secret Access Key are used for API/CLI/SDK access, not for IAM dashboards.

If you have to do it in the dashboard then you need the username and password. So, when you create a user, the user gets a username, password, access key, secret key all form the IAM admin.
