Foreign keys in mongo?

How do I design a scheme such as this in MongoDB? I think there are no foreign keys!

With the help of Object Ids that are by default assigned to each and every document inside the MongoDB database, you can correlate your documents that are present inside your collection. Mongoid will help you in providing the functions that help in co-relating the documents.
