How to import big data public data sets AWS?

AWS provided a sample data set but the size of the file is too big. I tried using that file and it takes a lot of resources and bandwidth. Can anyone suggest to me how I can import that into AWS?

Create an ebs aws for public dataset using Snapshot-ID and some data sets are available in only one region. Please ensure that you register your aws ec2 instance in the same region.
