“No subscriptions found for Azure Account”

Question

It generates an error when I am trying to access AzurePublish Settings. Does it have something to do with having owner rights?

You will have to check if the webpage you're trying to access is available and supported by RBAC. The owner of an Azure resource group or resource may not have the right to download the published file from the web page.

This is done by selecting a subscription to which the owner has the rights to do make changes or download files.
