The long-term goal of Artificial Intelligence is to make sure that the power of computing can be subtly integrated into our daily lives to make commonplace tasks m such easier and simpler to handle. We can already see this being reflected today in terms of chatbots, intelligent assistants, and self-driving cars. The important thing to consider is the addition of value that AI brings in terms of improving the quality of life, security, privacy, and efficiency. Short term goals of AI are accomplished on a day-to-day basis in various fields such as medicine, business analytics, and even the military. Overall, AI and the use of it is mostly to help improve how humans interact with the world around them. Some concerns are raised about the threat of AI as well but the world of AI as it stands now has mostly been productive and positive.
