Can anyone tell me why scikit learn is used?

Scikit-learn is the most useful library in Python for implementing Machine Learning algorithms. The sklearn library features a lot of efficient algorithms for Machine Learning and statistical modeling including classification, regression, clustering, and dimensionality reduction.
