Localhost:50070 , localhost:9870, 9000 refused to connect while executing jps in windows 10

Question

I am trying to install hadoop in Windows 10. hadoop path and java path has been set up. start-dfs.cmd, start-yarn.cmd is working. At last, when i try to check the output in browser, i am getting error like "You are refused to connect". I tried all the possibilities. like., localhost:9000,localhost:8088,localhost:9870,localhost:50070. How to rectify this?
