“Why should we hire you?” is the top question that many of us are facing issues with while answering. Let’s break that today! This question is aimed at us probably by HR, or the interviewer to know the value you could add to their company by hiring you and also want to gauge your self-confidence and the level of expertise you possess in whichever domain you are engaged with.

So, be sure to put up the answer in such a way that it should be concise, highlight your major skillset, the work experience gained, and the gist of what your work basically was and how you can contribute to further development and profitability of the company you are going to join.

You could answer the “why should we hire you” business analyst interview question by replying that you worked at ABC company, as a business analyst for some X years and have been known for some skills such as SaaS, FMEA, or data mining, etc. So, if I am offered the position, then I am sure to add value to your reputed organization by being a good team player. An answer like these will definitely create a point in the interviewer’s mind.
