AWS Toolkit for .Net won't open in Visual Studio

Question

I downloaded the AWS Toolkit for .NET but for the last few days, I'm not able to open it. I even uninstalled and installed it again multiple times.

Can someone help me to resolve this problem?

First, uninstall the Toolkit then go to the profile on PC or system and delete the whole AWS Toolkit folder and then finally re-install it.

Specifically, delete the folder found at "%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\AWSToolkit".
