VSTS or Visual Studio Team Service is now being known as Azure DevOps. As you might be knowing Azure DevOps, is a set of practices and methodologies to help develop applications, with continuous integration, continuous deployment, continuous testing, continuous delivery, release management unlimited Git Hosting and much more to speed up the process of bringing better solutions faster to the market.

Whereas VSTS was more like tools and services that you will be needing to build apps for both cloud and on-premises, etc., and much more. That Microsoft renamed to Azure DevOps later.
