MongoDB supports horizontal scalability, through the sharding process, which allows the data to be separated and processed differently by various nodes, which eventually helps in decreasing the time of processing, as a single node does not have to process every piece of information. And this sharding process helps in enhancing horizontal scaling, and thus delivers high performance. If you wish to master MongoDB, check out the MongoDB training course from Intellipaat.
