How to set a Key messages as Shared Resources for the presentation through Salesforce Veeva CRM interface?

The documentation says: 

To enable, ensure content admins have write access and users have read access to these two fields on the

Key Message object in CRM:

Is Shared Resource – (Is_Shared_Resource_vod__c) is a checkbox that determines if a Key Message is a CLM shared resource Shared Resource – (Shared_Resource_vod__ is a Look-up to the shared resources which the key message references

However, I cannot see any of such checkboxes in Key Message properties. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks.

In able to see the checkboxes in Key message properties, follow these steps:

1. Go to key message and then click on EDIT LAYOUT.

2. Drag the IS SHARED RESOURCE and SHARED RESOURCE fields to that layout where you want to placed them, and hit the save button.

3. Now, go to the SETUP page, with your username.

4. After that, search for FIELD ACCESSIBLITY, and click on KEY MESSAGE.

5. Select VIEW BY PROFILES, and select the profile you want to edit.

6. After, check/uncheck the checkboxes which you need and click the save button.
