Actually it depends on your interest. If you will look at Selenium, it is more open to testing any web application and you can also continue with Appium.

Whereas SaaS is limited to cloud computing/Cloud-based applications which will require little in-depth domain knowledge. Also, SaaS is a type of application development process. According to me, Selenium has more future to it. If you can integrate API automation along with your Selenium I would just say you can survive anywhere today.
