For changing the number of decimals in percentage label, Follow the below steps :

Step 1 - Once you plot the bar graph or histogram, just right click on the measure that you used in bar chart visualization. Select Format from there, you will see a new window appears in left.

Step 2 - Axis and Pane columns will appear select Pane, then select Numbers and then Percentage.

Step 3 - Now you can select how many decimals you want.
