After 12th, you can pick a Hacking course simultaneously along with a Bachelor's degree (BSc, B.Tech, BE, BCA) in the following disciplines:

• Computer Applications
• Computer Science
• Information Technology
• Information Systems

To add on, for being a professional ethical hacker you require motivation, dedication, initiative, self-education, and formal training in ethical hacking. I would like to suggest a few points:-
