The exam terminology is AZ-204 which you need to pass to become Azure Developer Associate which validates your skills in designing, building, testing, and maintaining Azure cloud applications and services.

Take official practice tests of AZ-204 at the last to complete your preparation.
Once you are thorough with the preparation, you could book the exam slot by paying the registration amount online. And have the option to take the exam from the comfort of your home.
