Could someone tell me what is the difference between sets and groups in Tableau?

Groups and sets are similar to each other but are different in nature. A group only includes single dimension data, whereas a set could include data of multiple dimensions. A group is static and doesn’t update dynamically, whereas a set changes the moment the new data is added.
