I need to create a queue, so whether I should implement RabbitMQ or Amazon SQS?

You could go with Amazon SQS, AS SQS is a managed service so no need to worry about the operational aspects such as messaging system, security, monitoring, etc. Also, it provides good extensibility and scalability and if you want to work with queue in FIFO format, Amazon SQS also supports FIFO queues.
