Schedule refresh Tableau desktop 10.4 and schedule refresh at a particular day/time

I am using a workbook which has 2 dashboards which I want to publish on the Tableau server, The dashboard has Excel sheet as datasource on the other it has Oracle database as source

How can I create a schedule refresh for it
