How to get clientId and clientsecret for Azure (ARM) deployment template

I am trying to automate my ARM using ARM template. But the code which I am using required some details like clientid and clientsecret. Can anyone help me where I can find those?

So, first of all you need to create a service principal in AD and then you will get these values. And if you haven't created it, then click here.
