I was going through the limitations of Amazon MQ and found that the maximum connection for instances is only 1000 which is too low. Is Amazon MQ is not designed for IoT?

Or is there any way to use the MQTT service of AWS IoT device management without using its management?

Amazon Mq is suitable for an existing product that needs a managed cloud broker but for another product with different specifications, it may not be suitable.

Yes, you can use AWS IoT broker without using the 'thing' management feature, which you can see here

You may connect a device to AWS IoT MQTT using a certificate without creating things.
