AWS Certificate Manager Requested a certificate reporting 'Renewal eligibility` Ineligible

I was issued a certificate for the domain, which is also hosted in Route53. Yet it is listed in the Renewal eligibility column as Ineligible. Why is it?

Just attach a CF distribution to the certificate then the certificate will be marked in use and now it will be Eligible for Renewal eligibility.
