Detecting liveness with AWS Rekognition

I like to use AWS Reckognition in my project and want to know whether is it possible to differentiate between a still image and a real person? Also if AWS doesn't have any solution alternative solution for this?

For this, you can make use of blink detection, which is not the part of AWS Rekognition for checking if it's a still image or not, just need OpenCV.
