What's the default username/password for a PostgreSQL server in Rails 4?

I have never created a user, Do I have to create one?

When I am trying "root" and "password" It says "password authentication failed" and leaving the fields blank displays "no password supplied"

If you are currently using Chocolatey, the default username will be  "postgres" or "postgresql" and the default password will be "Postgres1234".
