Use Event Log (Write in Event Viewer) in Azure

I have a website which is written in ASP .Net and to write logs I was using EventLog into the event viewer. If I migrate my website to Azure app services how can I able to view the error as because their is no option of event viewer. Can anyone help me with this?

You can try using Application insights, you can connect your web app to application insights after that you can able to view the logs. Also, you can able to create new log in app service host.
