All of these is the correct answer Explanation:  

A) A neural network is constituted of nodes (neurons) and connections (synapses). 

 B) For any node, the output will be the result of application of a function to a weighted sum of its inputs.  

C) Nodes within a neural network can take two different activation states with an appropriate activation function.
