Could anyone tell me what ECBA certification is?

First of all, ECBA is not a certification it's a certificate. Entry Certificate to Business Analysis or ECBA is a certificate from IIBA (International Insititute of Business Analysis, a non-profit association to support and promote Business Analysis) to those professionals who proved that they have adequate foundational-level knowledge in Business Analysis.
