AWS How my single EC2 micro instance can cross 750 hour limit?

Question

I'm using my EC2 service, while it says that it provides 750 hrs per month for free. My billing says that I have used 100% of service but there can be a maximum of 31*24=744 hours per month, so how can my instance exceed the limit?

Any suggestion would be appreciated?

If it's saying that you have used 750 hours in a month, it can be because more than one instance was running, this includes instances running in all the regions.
