How is 'Inbound NAT rules' different from 'Load Balancing Rules' different from each other in Azure Load Balancer v2

Can anyone help me explain that exactly what is happening in back-end of the load balancer while applying Inbound NAT rules and applying Load balancing rules. Where to use which rule?

NAT rule is basically used when you have 1 backend server or you know which backend server the load has to get. Whereas Load Balancing rule is used when you have multiple backend servers.
