Azure load balancer inside a subnet

I have a Virtual Network with subnet, also I have 3 Virtual Machines in the subnet. Now, I want to deploy a load balancer without public IP.

Can anyone help me if it is possible or have any alternatives for this?

As per your question, the solution is Internal Load Balancer. Now, Internal Load Balancer helps you to run services behind a private ip address which can be accessible within a cloud service or virtual network. Also, providing security to that endpoint.

While creating load balancer, just make sure to choose an option for Internal.
