Azurerm terraform scaleset with internal load balancer

Question

Can anyone help me how I can able to terraform my VM scale set with internal load balancer, so that it will not exposed to public IP, but can able to download some packages which are present in GitHub. How I can able to give internet access?

For this, you need a public load balancer that will help you with Port masquerading SNAT(PAT) your outbound traffic. You need to deploy a public and private load balancer for this to be done.
