How should a developer setup Azure for a customer?

Can anyone help me what is the best practice for user to manage in an azure account? Is there any different subscription available?

The best practice for the client setup is to go for pay-as-you-go subscription as it contains no free trail and all. You this subscription they can maintains a billing and the ownership for the subscriptions whenever the work is done the client simply remove there accounts from subscriptions.
