Setup a windows azure private cloud

I want to deploy Azure private cloud, so that I can able to use all the services provided by Microsoft Azure in a private environment. But unfortunately, I don't know how to setup a private cloud on Azure.

Can anyone help me how exactly I can setup an azure private cloud? or Is it possible to setup a private cloud?

Normally, you can be able to setup private cloud in Microsoft Azure.

But, if you have your own data center then Microsoft Azure Stack will be your option. Also, you can create a hybrid environment, azure services in cloud and for your local services in your own data center.
