Can anyone help me with the pricing of the Azure blockchain workbench?

So basically, Blockchain workbench deploys blockchain ledger but with this some different Azure services are also comes in use to build blockchain-based application. It consists of:

- App service plan.

- Application insights

- Azure key vault.

- Service Bus.

- Virtual network group which consists of load balancer, public IP, virtual network.

So, the cost of blockchain workbench is depends all these Azure services.
