Azure Emulator won't open the UI console due to supposed permissions issue

Question

Whenever I tried to launch "Show compute Emulator UI" it throws an error:

"Unable to determine the emulator running mode. Please ensure you have sufficient permissions"

Can anyone help me how to rectify this error for Azure emulator?

Basically, this error occurs due to compute emulator itself, so either you can wait for the new version SDK or you can able to start the emulate manually. In able to do that:

1. Right-click on "csmonitor.exe" and run it as an administrator with a path 

"C:\Program Files\Microsoft SDKs\Windows Azure\Emulator".

2. After that, right-click on Azure emulator and then click on Start compute emulate and then set it on "Full".
