AWS offers a service that looks after securing your data by helping you to create and manage cryptographic keys and control their use across wide-ranging AWS services and your applications. This service from AWS is a managed service through which you could create and control Customer Master keys (CMK’s) to encrypt the data. The AWS KMS is also integrated with CloudTrail, which helps you to log all key usages, to meet regulatory and compliance needs.
