Grant create test plan rights for Visual Studio Team Services member

Question

I have a small team and we use Visual Studio Team Services for source control, backlog. But my team has only able to run those tests and they need rights to create tests. How to do this?

Follow these steps:

• Open your project from Web Portal.
• Click Manage project
• Open Areas in the settings
• Open the context menu of the root Area
• Select Security.
• Set Manage test plans permissions to allow for users or the groups.
