Hide value in filter - Tableau

Question

How can I have a dimension with values (0,1,2,3,4,5), and I wanted it to use as a dimension and I don't want to show value as 0,i.e I want to show(1,2,3,4,5)

How can I remove value from the filter and not from the data?

Try the calculated field

IF [parm_field] == 'All' THEN 'Y'
ELSE
  IF [parm_field]=[dim_field] THEN 'Y'
  ELSE 'N'
  END
END
