Tableau: filter value N/A in the URL not working

Question

One filter has a value "N/A" and I want to go through the URL when the dashboard is open. I am using  JS API to embed dashboards and our Tableau Server Version is 2019.3.1

To attempt to pass N/A, which is going to interpret as a locator. It would be good to add some logic in the JS to interpret N-A.
