SaaS or Software-as-a-Service is defined as a way of delivering applications or software over the internet by a vendor, rather than companies installing in their on-premises setups. Therefore, organizations do not have to take the additional pressure to handle the software implementation, maintenance, and other essential tasks. Salesforce is the pioneer in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and offers several products using the SaaS methods.
