Is it possible to move my instance from one subnet/AZ/VPC to another?

No, it is not possible. But, you can manually migrate it by creating a new AMI (Amazon Machine Image) from the source instance. Then, launch a new instance using the AMI created in the desired subnet, Availability Zone, or VPC.
