Iframe based integration in Salesforce

Question

I want to deploy my site inside Salesforce iFrame, so that any activity is being perform inside iFrame can update salesforce page as well. Can anyone help me with this?

You can go for Canvas, which is a iframe based with additional security and features. It also enables you the iframe web app to call Salesforce API based on authentication. You can take a look on Canvas, As it is cleaner than any other raw iframe.
