Difference between Application Insights SDK (local) and Azure Application Insights

When I try to configure application insights for my project using Visual Studio 2019. It shows two options one is Application Insights SDK(Local) and another is Azure Application Insights. So, can anyone help me what is the difference between them?

So basically, Application Insights SDK will add to your project and configure it, whereas Azure Application Insights will add connection settings in your project.
