Is there any way to replicate our AWS EC2 instances without using Auto-scaling option?

Question

As we have an option in RDS for replication with the multi-AZ option, So is there any possible way to replicate EC2 instances without the Auto-Scaling option?

You have one option for such a case, like on your EC2 dashboard you can find a list of running instances, there select the instance of which you want replication and click on "Action" and select "Launch More Like This". It will spin new instances the same as the one you selected.
