Saving file with Vi editor

I am trying to create a Basic web page in my EC2 instance. I got to the point as shown in the screen shot attached and didn't know how to continue. I wish to know how to continue and also if possible provide me with commands to build a basic web page in my EC2 instance

Are you asking about how to save this file? In that case, you are working with the vi editor. In this, we use ':wq' to save the file. First, you need to press ESC then followed by ':wq' then the file will be saved.
