In order to facilitate and display data transformations, Power Query uses a dedicated window called the Query Editor. By selecting Launch Editor from the Power Query ribbon, You can open the Query Editor. Generally, Query Editor appears whenever you want to load, edit, or create a new query.
In order to replace or fill the null or any values, you can just follow these steps:
Step 1: Select the column that you want to replace or fill the values
Step 2: Now, Click on transform tab
Step 3: Now you can either select replace or fill.
- If you select fill then the values in the field are either copied from up to down or vice-versa. Usually, you prefer this, when the data of that column not highly important )
- If you select replace then the following dialog box opens.
Now, you can either enter null values or different values that you want to replace with.
Click on advanced options to see below check boxes. If you want to match full cell values then check on the box.
Step 4: Now the values in the column are replaced.
